So, you know how the old standbys from your cleaning routine kind of get ignored and stop seeming so great after awhile? Well, a few weeks ago I had some guys in repairing the seams in my granite in my kitchen and they told me to use Pledge to clean my granite! I was like "What?!? Pledge?!? It's for wood, dummies!"
So, I did. Then I kept doing it for awhile before I told you about it...just wanted to be sure. It. Is. Awesome.
Then I thought to myself, "Self? If Pledge could clean/shine my granite all this time without me knowing, what else might it do? So, I read the back of the can and saw "Did you know Pledge is also great for a clean shine on stainless steel, leather, marble, granite?"
I just started spraying and crossed my fingers! I tried my marble mosaic table:
It worked! I used to have to wax and polish this thing every 3 months! (Clearly, I'm unable to pick up newspapers for photo ops...or the vacuum hiding behind the table. Oops. And, yes, my kids' "artwork gallery" is scotch taped to the glass on my back doors.)
I tried my Sink Cleaning Routine ending with Pledge, it was awesome. I tried my quick sink routine using only Pledge. Also awesome:
I used it on my slate inlay coffee table and The Big Guy's leather recliner too!
So, I'm in love with Pledge again. There, I've said it. I'm not getting paid to write this and I didn't receive free Pledge to write this. I just had a can $3.50 Pledge under my sink that I've ignored for too long and am betting you do too. Pull that bad boy out and shine up the joint before the Hubs gets home then he just might take you out to dinner for your hard work!
