Abs Diet "Halle Berries" Breakfast Smoothie
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup oatmeal, cooked and cooled
1 cup frozen berries
2 tsp. whey powder
6 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to blender and blend blend blend! Makes 2 servings.
