We've only got 4 days until Thanksgiving so don't forget to take the turkey out of the freezer!
If you run to the store today, pick up some eggnog to whip up my favorite Pumpkin Pie...
Eggnog Pumpkin Pie
1 can (15oz) solid pack pumpkin 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup eggnog 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
Combine all ingredients, Pour into pie crust
Bake 60-65 min. at 375 until knife in center comes out clean
