Loving the Blogs

I love to find new blogs and look into the thoughts of someone else. These pages begin to function as a journal and I pick up so many insights from total strangers. Call it voyeurism if you like, but I think it rounds me out and helps me stop being so single-minded when I read all these first hand accounts.

Yet another fantastic blog,antoineart has come to my attention after my recent purchase. I've been combing her website for some time and never noticed her blog link. I love to learn the inspiration behind her pieces and the process of creating. Check it out!

This is a big day!

As I began my little business, I always had in the back of my mind that once I earned to a certain level I would reward myself with a piece of art from my favorite artist, Antoine de Villiers, from Potchefstroom, South Africa. She paints the most fantastic nudes and I've been obsessed with owning one to hang over my bed (the "theme" of my mater bedroom and bath is nudes).

I've ordered my own enhanced glicee print on canvas, I can't afford an original yet, it's entitled "Love Formation" and it will be so beautiful over my bed. I may never leave my room!
