Pilgrim Hat Cookies

These cookies have become a holiday tradition at the Thanksgiving table. I really can't remember where I first saw the idea, but I'm sure it was Family Fun magazine.

Gather your ingredients, chocolate chips, Keebler Fudge Stripes Cookies, and marshmallows.

Melt your chips according the the package instructions then, holding your marshmallow with a toothpick, dip into the chocolate letting the excess drip off.

Place chocolate dipped mallow onto the cookie that has been turned upside down, fudge side up.

Mix together confectioner's sugar, yellow food coloring, and a few drops of water to make a stiff decorator's icing. Place in a ziploc baggie and snip off the corner. Pipe a buckle on each hat.
