Though it seems counter-intuitive, have kids close their eyes and place eye drops in the inside corner of the eye.
Next, have them open their eyes wide and blink several times.
Easy peasy eye drops!

ReplyDeleteMy grandson's pediatrician told me to do that the last time he needed eye drops - worked like a charm and no squirming and spilled drops!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if this works on husbands that hate eyedrops too. I'll be trying this out next time he wants me to put drops in his eyes! :)

ReplyDeleteMy husband does this.. I always make fun of him. LOL It seems to work out well for him though. Now that other people do this, I don't think I will be making fun of him.
