For a few weeks now, the boys and I have watched "our babies". First they started out as eggs, then we watched them hatch, and finally we watched as they tried out their wings....

My girlfriend came over to refill my estrogen reserves last week, and brought with her a fantastic craft for us to do together while chat...
Every year I put a hanging flower basket on my deck and every year a mama bird makes it her home. Love watching the different stages from eggs to taking flight :)

I think its important for kids to have experiences like this and to have fun looking into things like this
