Dreams - progress report
I'm mid-way through the summer and I've been able to maintain the 5 hours/week work schedule with my Rodan+Fields Business pretty easily so far. Getting up and working about 1 hour a day M-F on my phone and computer.
I got my biggest paycheck so far in June (enough to cover my car payment on my Acura MDX, AND pay for my plane ticket to Vegas for conference!!!). I maintained pretty well over vacation, working about 3 hours that week and hit Level One shortly after I returned!
My 5 goals this month are to get myself organized! On my list:
1. Consolidate all my many notebooks into 2 - one for customers and one for training call notes
2. Organize all my scattered files pertaining to training my new team members into one place.
3. Focus on business goals each month
4. Write down my changing story as to "Why" I want this business for myself. It seems like it changes as I become more confident and successful and fulfills different parts of me over time.
5. Set working hours so I'm not looking at my phone when my kids are around!

Weekend Update and Giveaway!
Business is good!! The Big Guy and I have planned his 50th birthday trip to our happy place, Key West, for April and I had enough money in my Rodan + Fields account to pay for the plane tickets!!!
I know this might sound small to some of you, but I get such joy from being able to provide things for our family and for my hubs who works hard every day to provide for all of US! I love that feeling of independence. So, now I'm saving up my next paycheck to buy him a day of "flats fishing" while we're there. Squeeeeee!!!!
I have grown my business over the last 4 months or so to 27 customers by washing my face and talking about it, posting on facebook and instagram, and reaching out via email and text message. This new business has really been a blessing so far.
A lot of people have been asking me about my paychecks...I'll just start from the beginning and show you the progression of the last 4 months:
December was a little slow due to the holiday but I have picked right back up in January so far. I'm rollin'!
I'm still using the Reverse Regimen for my own skin and incorporated the Accelerator Pack for my stubborn age spots along with the Macro-Exfoliator. An added bonus was the decreased appearance of my laugh lines! Who knew?? (scroll down for a giveaway!)
Here is my new favorite R+F story for this month - Jamie has been so successful and is such an inspiration to me in my business!
If you have any questions about this business please don't hesitate to email me hopestudios1(at)gmail(dot)com
If you have any interest in these skin products contact me! I would love to give you a free skin consultation and send you some samples of some of my favorite products!
If you can connect me with someone who might benefit from this business or products let me know and I will send you a little something as a thank you. :)
Did you make it to the end of this post to learn about the giveaway? Do you also have expression lines either around your mouth like me, on your forehead, between your eyes, or crow's feet? We have a product called Acute Care - "a wrinkle reducing patch" that can reduce your expression lines after 4 weeks. No needles! Think of it as a needle-free botox!
I have 5 samples for the first 5 comments on this post. I'll pop one in the mail to you so you can try it for yourself! Check out one of the overnight before and afters I have collected from people who have tried a sample:
Good luck!

Warning: Scary Close-Ups!
My latest R+F Updates:
Here are my super close-ups I took to see if my Rodan and Fields Reverse Regimen was helping with pore size. I feel like they are definitely less noticeable!
I am feeling better and less tired looking.
I'm wearing a lot less makeup - I feel like I don't want to cover up my skin!
I do have to say that I did not see these results overnight, but I never see results from diet or exercise right away either. I feel like it's the same kind of thing. I have been very consistent which was a little hard at first, but it seems to be true that 6 weeks of doing something makes a habit!
I have been keeping all my products all together in a little drawer next to my sink and I keep a cleanser in my shower, so it has been pretty easy to keep consistent. I'm going to toss some R+F Wipes into my gym bag this week to clean my face after the gym. I do have a bad habit of shopping or running errands while I'm out and not taking the time to clean off all the sweat.
I got my 3rd paycheck and used it to buy plane tickets to The Big Guy and I to Key West for his birthday trip this April! I know it might seem small, but I was so proud that I could do that on my own! Moving upward!
**To celebrate this little milestone I have some Micro-Dermabrasion Paste packets to give away!**
These little magic packets will help you get the smoothest skin ever! You will be super exfoliated and your cheeks will feel as soft as a baby's butt! Comment below and I will email you for your address!

Before and After 3 Months
I'm back with more Rodan + Fields before and afters! I'm getting used to showing my face makeup-free for the whole internet to see. I have no shame anymore!
Okay, so I have been working on the sun damage and melasma and I'm starting to really see some progress! I used the regular Reverse for about 2 1/2 months and for the last 2 weeks have started using the Accelerator Pack to amp up my results.
Speaking of "amping up" I am also using the Amp Md for wrinkles:
And the Macro-Exfoliator for texture - The Big Guy told me my face was "so soft" the other day. I know that doesn't seem like that big a deal, but he never says stuff like that! I'm in the running for softest face in the house - my biggest competition is my pre-pubescent 13 year old!
Here you can see my forehead up close:
Progress!
It's so crazy, because when I started using the regimen and tools, I did it as more of a preventative thing. There was as sticker on the box that told me to take a before picture. I'm so glad I did! I really didn't realize the amount of sun damage I was dealing with. You can see the round scar from basal cell surgery on my forehead - a direct result of excess sun exposure - but I was in denial I guess.
That's all for now, super happy and feeling more confident. Bonus :)

My girlfriend came over to refill my estrogen reserves last week, and brought with her a fantastic craft for us to do together while chat...
