Tutorial Tuesday Linky Party!

Welcome to Tutorial Tuesday - If you are new here, this party is to showcase your weekly tutorials. What counts as a tutorial? Anything to "teach me stuff" counts - a recipe, a kid's craft, a DIY project, how you got your baby to sleep through the night ... I'm not picky.

Take a look at some ideas from last week for inspiration:

Rustic Farmhouse Table:

Caramel Marshmallow Treats:

A New (Old) Chandelier:

Just link up below so we can all pop over to learn something new. Click here to read my latest tutorial How to Entertain Your Kids All Summer

I don't have a giveaway scheduled for this week since I just returned from a mini-vaca. I hope to be back on track next week. If you are interested in sponsoring a giveaway, contact me.

Please... (this is the part at the end of the commercial when the announcer talks real fast)

* Link up using the link to your actual post (not your general blog address) using your name and a the subject of your tutorial to generate interest.

* Add my button or a clickable link back to this post so everyone can join in.

* Visit and comment with all our friends. Show them some love! Meet some new friends! Learn something new!

Open Shout Out for Giveaways!

Before I begin today, I want to say I'm so proud of all of you who commented on Friday. As one person said, it's hard to say something nice about ourselves and I hope this was therapeutic for you. Maybe I'll pop into your head the next time you receive a compliment and you will say "thank you" and actually believe it. You rock!

Okay, onward...I'm trying to get myself together to offer a permanent linky party for Tutorial Tuesdays since you guys are so super creative out there. You inspire me every day! But, I want to make it good. I want you to get a reward for all your hard work. So, I was thinking of asking for Tutorial Tuesday sponsors. Want to sponsor a giveaway?

If you have an Etsy shop or some other cool business, I'd love to share this space with you each week. I get between 4,500 - 5,500 page views every Tuesday, so it's a great starting point for a little extra exposure. I'd like to line up the next few weeks and try it out. I can look over your shop and write up a review to feature a different shop each Tuesday. What do you say? You in?

Contact me with your information and I can begin to lay out my schedule. I'd love to begin this regular feature near the end of March. I will not be charging for giveaway spots, and donations of items valuing at least $30 should get us started. Maybe I'll go first to get the ball rolling.

So what do you think...Do you want to sponsor a Tutorial Tuesday or are you interested in a permanent party?

Tutorial Tuesday

Well, I'm away from my computer for the week, and it just seemed fitting to rerun one of my most popular tutorials for you on this Linky Party day as I sip cafe au lait in some sidewalk cafe. So, if you haven't seen my Sex in the City Shoe Tutorial you'll need to hop on over there now.

Okay, with no further ado, I'm going to leave you to entertain each other on this Tutorial Tuesday with your own links. I'm not picky about what you're teaching us today - a recipe, a craft, a hairstyle, what-ev's. It's all good. But don't let my tutorial hungry readers down, they need some 'tutes people!

Tutorial Tuesday Linky Party!

Tutorial Tuesday has proven to be my most popular post throughout the week. After all the great advice for my Goodwill Settee last week, I've decided you all deserve a chance to tute us up!

Well, it's time to par-tay! Let's get to linking, but first...

Here are the rules:

Link up your own tutorial about WHATEVER, I'm not picky. A recipe, a craft project, a home decorating project, a new post, an old post...they're all good with me.

Add a permalink to your specific post, not the main page of your blog.

Include a short description of your Tutorial after the name of your blog to generate interest. For example, Hope Studios/button bracelets.

Link to this party from your post so everyone can get in on the fun.

Visit the links, comment on the posts linked, share the love!

Double-check to make sure your link works and goes to the right post. If not, try try again :)

Feel free to grab my button to include in your post and invite everyone to the party:

Happy Tutorial-izing!!! (there goes the dang spell check!)
